RVA Black Deaf Advocates (RVABDA) is an advocacy organization dedicated to promoting leadership, economic and educational opportunity, equality, and inclusion for Black Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and DeafPlus individuals in Virginia. Through education, advocacy, and statewide outreach, RVABDA empowers individuals and builds community, making their mission deeply aligned with Zola’s World Inc.’s commitment to equitable access and representation. Virginia Hands & Voices (VA H&V) is a non-profit, parent-driven group supporting families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, regardless of communication method or technology. They focus on providing resources, networks, and unbiased information to help families...

Zola’s World Inc. is deeply honored to be selected for the 2025 cohort of Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women: Black in Business program. This prestigious business-education initiative provides Black women entrepreneurs with strategic training, mentorship, and access to a formidable network of peers and advisors. The program offers a 10-week online business curriculum developed by the NYU Stern School of Business, in-person learning at Goldman Sachs headquarters in New York City, and opportunities to significantly accelerate business growth and impact.

Hampton University's Virginia Workforce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (VWIEC) is dedicated to empowering Virginia’s current and aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those impacted by the pandemic, by providing free mentorship, education, financial guidance, and business development resources. We are proud to announce that, through this valuable program, we were awarded a $5,000 grant—an incredible boost that will help us grow and better serve our community.
